Puerto Pollenca (Puerto de Pollensa)

Puerto Pollensa/Pollenca, situated in the North of Mallorca just 65kms from Palma Airport.  Mallorca is the biggest of the Balearic Islands and boasts beautiful bays, coves and spectacular holiday resorts visited by 1000's of people each year. 

The resort of Puerto Pollensa is quiet, but extremely popular with all generations.  Puerto Pollensa is probably one of the few resorts which can boast repeat customers year in year out, located just a 50 minute taxi journey from Palma Airport you will not be dissapointed!  One of the main attractions to this pictoresque destination is the very famous 'Pine Walk', surrounded by Pine Trees and magnificent sea views this truly is one of the most charming walks of Pollenca.  Take a stroll along Pine Walk taking in the wonderous surroundings and stop off at one of the many seafront bars for a drink and a bite to eat, why not sample a few local Tapa's or locally caught fresh fish?

There are several hotels and apartment complexes in Puerto Pollensa, probably the best well know hotel is the Illa D'or at the end of Pine Walk, a magnificent 4* Hotel with typical Mallorcian features, once you have stayed here you will not want to stay anywhere else.  Other popular hotels include the Daina, La Singala, Hotel Miramar, Bahia Hostel, Ces Pins and the Uyal.

We have a large selection of self catering apartments actually on Pine Walk, situated one street back off Pine Walk and also just off the main Square opposite the Church where you can find a large selection of eateries, bars and also the local market once a week. 

We also have a large selection of Finca's and Villa's for those who prefer a private break and want to relax and enjoy  their own surroundings.  Alot of the Villa's we offer have their own private swimming pool, with sunbathing gardens/terraces.  No matter what size of villa you are looking for we will be able to help you. 

NB We always recommend car hire for Fincas and Villas due to their location. 

There are a number of attractions and excursions you can visit during your stay including a boat trip to Formentor, visit one of the many waterparks all over the island, spend the night being entertained by the Pirates in Magaluf or have an unforgettable night at the Gran Casino Theatre with the music of Frank Sinatra.  Accommodation shop can arrange all attraction tickets you require during your stay, we do recommend you reserve your attraction tickets prior to departure to avoid dissapointment, some of the trips, excursions and attractions can get very busy especially during the peak season.

Flight time from the UK - Approximately 2 hours 30 minutes.

Transfer time from Palma Airport to Puerto Pollensa:  By shared shuttle transfer it generally takes around 1 hour and 30 minutes, if you reserve a private transfer the journey time is approximately 50 minutes.

Bressol Apartments - Self Catering Two Bedroom Apartments

Puerto Pollensa (Popular choice)

Located just off the main square, opposite the church, around 5 minute walk to the promenade, the Bressol Apartments stand alone with a private swimming pool and sunbathing terraces.  These apartments are extremely popular with repeat customers due to its location, easy and quick access to the square and main promenade and also the room size and homely feel of the 2 bedroom apartments. 

Although only a small complex, the Bressol Apartments have spacious rooms including,  lounge area with dining table and cable television (Includes BBC English channels), large balcony/terrace with patio furniture and roomy bedrooms with air conditioning (NB Air conditioning is in the bedrooms only). 

The bathroom has a bath with shower connection,hairdryer, mirror, sink, wc and bidet. 

The kitchenette comes well equipped with an oven with 4 ring hob (some have electric  and some have gas), fridge/freezer, mini grill, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, iron and ironing board are available on every floor.

You will be provided with a key to enter the Bressol complex, there is a small entrance hall with a library with plenty of books to choose from during your stay and a lift to all floors. 

The apartments are well lit for safety and security.

2 Bedroom Large (Apartments 2B & 3B - both overlooking church)  2B has larger bedrooms and a larger terrace than 3B.

 Maricel & The Miramar Apartments

The Maricel and the Miramar Apartments are situated one street back off the main promenade in Pollenca.  Self catering one bedroom and two bedroom apartments owned by the Hotel Miramar - Sastre family.  Well maintained and extremely popular with all clients due to the location and the warm welcome received by the staff.  The Maricel apartments have a private entrance off the road, only clients who have reserved the Maricel have a key to enter the building and the private swimming and sunbathing terraces/gardens situated at the back.  There is a small lobby area along with a small library where guests can exchange books, all guests at the Maricel and Miramar have use of the bar and restaurant at the Hotel Miramar which is perfectly situated right on the Pollenca Promenade.

Maricel - One bedroom apartments will sleep up to 3 in each, some will sleep 2 adults and 2 children but these are on request.  There are one bedroom apartments with road view and also one bedroom apartments with the swimming pool view (this apartment will come with a small supplement).  All apartments are well equipped with air conditioning, satellite television, kitchenette with microwave, kettle and toaster, bathroom with bath/shower and hairdryer and a balcony or terrace with patio furniture.

Maricel - Two bedroom apartments will sleep up to 5 in each.  The facilities are the same as the one bedroom apartments except these apartments have two bedrooms sleeping two in each.

 Sunclub Apartments

 The Sunclub Apartments are large two and three bedroom modern apartments, extremely popular because of the size and the location.  Within 200 metres from the beach and a similar distance to shops, bars and restaurants and a steady 15 minute stroll to the centre of Puerto Pollensa. 

 Each apartment comprises 2 or 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom, (3 bedroom apartments also have an ensuite shower room to the master bedroom) a generously proportioned lounge with twin sofa beds and satellite TV, a full kitchen with four ring hob, oven, small microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster & iron, and a furnished balcony or terrace.

Outside there is an attractive free form pool set in gardens & sunbathing terraces with loungers & parasols. Our guests at the Sunclub Apartments have the use of the facilities of the adjacent hotel which include, pool, bar/cafeteria, restaurant & some evening entertainment in high season. The hotel also provides 24 hour reception facilities and safety deposit boxes are available for hire.
